Nine's US Correspondent was on a break back home in Melbourne when one of Australia's most wanted men Jonathan Dick was arrested in the centre of the city.

In a remarkable coincidence, Lexi had arranged to interview Jonathan's distraught mother Carol that very morning. Shortly before it was due to go ahead, Jonathan was arrested – images caught exclusively by a Nine camera.

As Alexis told Brett McLeod, her thoughts are with the distraught mother of one son who was murdered, and another accused of killing him.
