Sleeping drunks in Japan have been turned into human billboards in a bid to curb excessive drinking.
Staff from bar chain Yaocho have filmed themselves putting duct tape around Japanese businessmen who have passed out drunk in the street.
They are accompanied by a cardboard placard with the hashtag #nomisugi, meaning "too drunk".

"As honour is paramount in Japanese society, we shamed people into drinking moderately or risk becoming our next Sleeping Drunk Billboard," the campaigners said.
The campaign, which could be staged, is designed to confront Japan's post-work heavy drinking culture.
