'Warnings' before Sydney building collapsed, neighbour says
Emergency services are cautiously hopeful a deadly tragedy may have been avoided as they search the rubble of a collapsed building in Sydney's inner-west for anybody who might be trapped.

Fire and Rescue NSW Acting Superintendent Steve Brown said they had no reports of anybody trapped or injured.
Diversions are in place, according to Live Traffic Sydney.
All Eastbound lanes on New Canterbury Road are closed.
Eleni Kostakidis ran a book store next doorto the unit blook.
She claims authorities have ignored warnings about the building.
"Over the past few months we've had lots of issues here with builders - the council's just not interested," she said.
