Abbott government's new look ministry to be sworn in today

The Abbott government's revamped ministry with its new frontbenchers and parliamentary secretaries will be sworn in at Government House.
Scott Morrison will officially take over the social services portfolio at a formal ceremony in Canberra today, where he'll be handed the child care portfolio and a seat on the government's expenditure review committee.
Sussan Ley's elevation to health minister will make her the second woman in cabinet.
Her predecessor Peter Dutton will be sworn in as the new immigration minister, while Kevin Andrews will take over the defence portfolio.
Prime Minister Tony Abbott hopes the appointments will reset and refocus the government following its "ragged" year in 2014.
