Govt departments to use one travel service
AAP
A single contractor has won a $66 million tender to book $2.1 billion worth of federal government travel over four years.
The federal government has previously used a panel of travel management services.
But the competitive tender for a whole-of-government manager won by QBT is expected to save time and taxpayers' money.

All departments and agencies will be using the service by July 1.
QBT is an Australian-owned travel management centre, originally known as Qantas Business Travel when it launched in 1993.
