Passenger lands in court after alleged 'sexual, aggressive' comments to crew member on flight to Gold Coast
A man will face court after allegedly making sexually graphic comments to a female crew member on a flight to the Gold Coast.
The 41-year-old from Surfers Paradise will appear at Southport Magistrates Court today, weeks after the alleged disturbance.
On the evening of September 26, airline staff on a flight from Melbourne to the Gold Coast contacted federal officers to alert them of an incident.

A man had allegedly made aggressive and sexually graphic comments towards a female crew member.
Officers were at the airport when the flight touched down and spoke to the man before arresting him.
He was charged with one count of acting in an offensive manner on board an aircraft.
AFP Acting Superintendent Matthew Biddle warned passengers that poor and illegal behaviour will not be tolerated, particularly in the lead-up to the busy festive season.
"People should be able to travel on flights, and crew should be able to go about their workday, without the threat of intimidation or offensive behaviour from other passengers," he said.
"Travelling on an aircraft should be a safe experience for everyone, and police will continue to work with airline staff to ensure that they are."
