Four teenagers stabbed in 'organised' brawl at Melbourne McDonald's

Four teenagers are recovering in hospital after being stabbed in an 'organised brawl' at a McDonald's in St Albans.

A large group of youths went to the store on St Albans Road about 6.15pm when a fight broke out, police said.

Four 17-year-olds have been taken to hospital with stab wounds.

Two of the teens, one from Braybrook and another from North Melbourne, are suffering serious upper body injuries.

Another two teens, one from St Albans and the other from Caroline Springs, have minor injuries to their arms and face.

Police have spoken to witnesses at the scene, but are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
