Multi-vehicle crash causes Sydney M7 traffic chaos

A major crash has caused heavy traffic on the M7 eastbound at Quakers Hill this morning.

Up to five cars were involved in the crash, and one person has been taken to hospital. 

Traffic was queued about 8km approaching Quakers Rd at 6.40am, Live Traffic Sydney advised.

Lanes were initially closed but they have all since reopened. 

Drivers have been advised to allow extra travel time.
