P-Plater appears in court with head in hands after allegedly killing Sydney delivery driver
A teenage P-plater accused of killing a 41-year-old delivery driver on a scooter in Sydney's inner west has appeared in court with his head in his hands.
Matthew Giusa's parents were with the 19-year-old from Kellyville as he faced charges of dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death after the accident in Five Dock.

His Toyota Hilux ute allegedly collided with a scooter on the corner of William and Spencer street at 8.45pm yesterday.
Outside court Mr Giusa told reporters he was "sorry".
"It was an accident. I wish that upon no one," he said.
"I show great remorse towards that family
"And yeah, I am very extremely sorry."

The incident was captured on CCTV, which has been seized by investigators.
The vision allegedly shows the ute drive straight through the intersection, collecting the scooter rider and slamming through a steel gate.
A car following seconds behind drives straight past the scene without stopping, while other witnesses ran to help.
The bystanders tried to resuscitate the rider before paramedics arrived, but he could not be saved.

Earlier, Karl Cronan from Ambulance NSW, said it was an "extremely confronting" scene.
"Our crews did an exceptional job here this evening," Cronan said.
"Despite their best efforts, the gentleman succumbed to his injuries."
The magistrate described the case as "very sad".
Mr Giusa was granted bail on several conditions, including that he abide by a curfew, report to police each Saturday and surrender his passport.
His license has already been suspended.
He will be released from custody today.
