A Melbourne real estate agent accused of stealing millions of dollars is selling two lavish mansions as investigations continue into her alleged thievery.

Former LJ Hooker realtor Judy Thanh Truc and husband Joseph Ngo allegedly stole and misused millions of dollars from their agency's trust account.

More than 100 of their clients have lost big money, and Consumer Affairs Victoria are investigating the couple who have a reported property portfolio valued at $4.5 million.

The neighbouring Narre Warren properties were worth $1.5 million and $1.6 million when purchased.

Advantage Property Consulting director Frank Valentic expects the properties have increased in value to roughly $1.7 to $1.8 million.

"They've got a unique wow factor," Mr Valentic said.

"They're both on one acre. One's got a tennis court and pool, they've got massive family accommodation.

"Very unique, and they're being sold the same night."

The couple could be forced to sell more of their luxury properties.

Ms Thanh Truc claims to be the victim of an elaborate conspiracy.
