Eastern Freeway crash: Truck driver hit with more charges over crash which killed four police officers
The truck driver involved in Melbourne's Eastern Freeway crash which killed four police officers has been hit with further charges.
Mohinder Singh Bajwa, 47, from Cranbourne, has been charged with an additional 33 offences, including four counts of dangerous driving causing death, driving under the influence, trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cannabis and other drug-related offences.

He was initially charged with four counts of culpable driving after his truck hit the officers on April 22.
Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Constable Glen Humphris, Senior Constable Kevin King and Constable Joshua Prestney were killed in the incident.

The officers were in the emergency lane after pulling over 41-year-old Richard Pusey, when they were hit from behind by a semi-trailer refrigeration truck.
Mr Bajwa remains in custody.
He will next face the Melbourne Magistrates' Court in October for a committal mention hearing.
