Dutton says unlikely Palmer will recontest

Senior federal Liberal Peter Dutton believes it's unlikely embattled businessman Clive Palmer will recontest the lower house seat of Fairfax at the next federal election.
"Presumably Clive will make that announcement at some stage which I hope to be the case," Mr Dutton told 2GB on Thursday.
Mr Dutton says Mr Palmer may instead run for a spot in the Senate, where he can be the "centre of attention".
