Dubbo man killed in vicious stabbing attack

NSW Police are investigating the vicious fatal stabbing of a 39-year-old man in Dubbo.

Officers were called to a home in Dubbo's south early this morning after reports a person had been stabbed.

Inside, police found a man with multiple stab wounds to the chest.

He was treated by paramedics but he died at the scene.

Police have cordoned off the home and forensically swept the property.

The investigation continues.
