Police are searching for a driver and passengers who fled the scene after a car crash in Chatswood, in the lower north shore of Sydney.
It is believed the silver sedan was travelling along Millwood Avenue, Chatswood, around 12.30am when it drifted off the road and hit a retaining wall.
The impact caused the car to flip onto its roof, police said.
The driver and passengers in the vehicle freed themselves from the wreckage and ran from the scene before emergency services arrived.
Authorities would like to speak to a man and a woman seen in the area after the crash.
