DFAT staff vote on dept changes

New ideas covering topics from aid projects to a restructure of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade will be announced on Monday.
Foreign Minister Julie Bishop says 400 ideas had emerged from a "Eurovision-style" competition within her department and these had been voted on.
"Next Monday in Canberra we will choose the winning ideas for immediate implementation," she told a Sydney forum on Thursday.
