Husband arrested after woman found dead in blood-spattered Melbourne garage
A man has been arrested after a woman was found dead in a blood-splattered garage in Melbourne's inner north.
The 51-year-old woman was discovered by her young daughter, who returned home from seeing some friends around 8pm last night.
The woman's husband, a 52-year-old man, was taken into custody and is being interviewed by homicide detectives.

A post-mortem will be carried out today.
The street was cordoned off earlier as detectives went door-to-door to speak with neighbours.
