Adelaide man arrested after fatal crash before school drop-off
A man has been arrested after a 49-year-old man died in a crash in Adelaide this morning, during the school drop-off period.
Emergency services were called to Uley Road in Craigmore just after 8.30am following reports of a crash between a black Volkswagen and a Holden Commodore.
The driver of the Volkswagen died at the scene.

Two children in the car with him were taken to hospital for treatment for minor injuries.
It is understood they were on their way to school at the time of the crash.
"There was a woman screaming save him, save him, save him, and there were children," a witness to the incident told 9News.
Uley Road was closed while crash investigators examined the scene. The road has since reopened.

The crash happened just metres from a speed zone change from 80km per hour to 60km per hour.
The Holden's driver, a 48-year-old man from Paralowie, was also taken to hospital for minor injuries.
He was later arrested and is expected to be charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving, and two counts of causing harm by dangerous driving.
He was granted bail and will reappear in Elizabeth Magistrates court in March.
