South Australian woman tests positive to COVID-19 after returning from Victoria
South Australia has reported one new case of coronavirus in a returned traveller.
SA Health's Professor Nicola Spurrier confirmed the new case is a woman in her 20s who arrived at Adelaide Airport from Melbourne on Jetstar flight JQ776 on November 9.
"She's not symptomatic and is in a medi-hotel – what we are trying to do is determine if this is a new infection or an old infection," Professor Spurrier said.

The woman worked in a Victorian aged care facility and underwent several PCR tests during her time there.
Professor Spurrier confirmed the woman did return a positive result in August, while she was working in Victoria, but cannot confirm if the recent positive result is residual or a fresh infection.
"We are really taking an abundance of caution and are calling this an infectious case," Professor Spurrier said.
"We have two close contacts who were sitting next to this woman on the flight and they have been quarantined in a hotel."

Professor Spurrier confirmed there are also another two people who are considered casual contacts and are in home quarantine, but due to privacy, could not confirm how the woman came into contact with them.
"This means we now have 17 active cases in South Australia," she said.
Professor Spurrier confirmed the woman was wearing a mask on the flight, something all states and territories recommend for returning travellers.
