Nurse's inspiring self-isolation exercise goal
An Adelaide nurse is making sure she stays active during the coronavirus lockdown.
As though taking care of the sick wasn't enough of a job, Michelle Hanlin has decided to take care of herself at home, and she won't let COVID-19 get in her way.
To encourage self-isolation, she's mapping out a 50-metre running track from her driveway to her back fence.

And she'll be doing 422 laps to hit her goal.
"I'm hoping the dogs and the chickens don't trip me over, because that is a possibility," she said.
And she has the support of Thai cave rescue hero Dr Richard Harris, who has also put out a self-isolation message.
"Got my missus and the hound, keeping me company as I walk laps of the house," he said.
