CCTV shows worker stabbed in Hunter service station robbery
A violent armed robbery where a New South Wales service station worker was stabbed in the stomach with a knife has been captured on CCTV.
Police released the footage today as they continue the hunt for three men who robbed the servo in Morpeth, in the Hunter, on January 20.
The CCTV showed three men entering the service station just after 5am, robbing the tills and attacking the employee.

During the assault, police said the 47-year-old worker was punched in the face and stabbed in the abdomen.
The group then fled in a stolen white Subaru Liberty.
The following morning, almost 24 hours later, police were alerted to men trying to break into cars in Edgeworth, west of Newcastle.
Police spotted the Subaru and began a pursuit, but it was called off because the fleeing car was being driven in a dangerous manner.
The Subaru was later abandoned in Awaba, 30 kilometres south-west of Newcastle, and police found a knife inside.

Police believe the Morpeth robbery and Edgeworth crimes are linked, with the Subaru and knife seized for further forensic examination.
Dashcam vision which was also released today could help identify the men, police said.
