New CCTV released over deadly shooting in Sydney's west

New CCTV footage has been released as police investigate the fatal shooting of a man in Sydney's west last year.

A man, who has since been identified as 32-year-old Jamie Goodworth, arrived at Liverpool Hospital with gunshot wounds about 1.20am on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

He could not be revived and died shortly after.

Police have released CCTV footage of a car and a van as they investigate a fatal shooting in western Sydney. NSW Police

The subsequent investigation led police to a home in Edensor Park, where they believe the shooting took place.

In October 2024, police extradited and charged a man who remains before the courts.

Police still hope to identify others who have may been involved, and so have released CCTV of a car and a van.

Police believe these vehicles were in the same area as the shooting around the same time. NSW Police

The white Toyota Hiace and the silver Toyota Camry were both seen in the area at the time of the incident.
