Psych report in Brisbane bus murder case

The man accused of murdering Brisbane bus driver Manmeet Alisher has had his case adjourned for three months so a report can be prepared by his treating psychiatrist.
Anthony O'Donohue, 48, did not appear during a brief mention of his matter in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The court heard the case was yet to be referred to the Mental Health Court and an adjournment was required to allow the report to be completed.
The prosecutor said both sides would be in a "better position" once it was received.
O'Donohue's matter remains suspended while he undergoes involuntary mental health treatment.
Mr Alisher, 29, was allegedly attacked with an incendiary device while he stopped to collect passengers in the Brisbane suburb of Moorooka in October.
O'Donohue was arrested and charged with single counts of murder and arson, and 14 counts of attempted murder.
The matter will return to court on May 4.
