Body found, one person missing after Lake Macquarie unit fire
A person has died and another remains unaccounted for after a unit fire in Lake Macquarie yesterday.
Fire crews were called to a unit fire on Railway Street in Teralba at 4.10am yesterday.
They managed to extinguish the blaze, however, the apartment was badly damaged.

Today, crews discovered the body of a person after a search of the property overnight.
They have not been identified yet.
A secondary search will go ahead once the building is deemed structurally safe.
The cause of the fire has not been found yet.
