Three rushed to hospital after boat and jet ski collide near Brisbane

An Easter Sunday outing on the water has turned into a rescue off Queensland's Russell Island.

Three people were injured in a collision in Moreton Bay near Brisbane.

The accident unfolded just before 2pm on Easter Sunday when a power boat and a jet ski collided.

Three adults were rushed to Princess Alexandra Hospital hospital in Brisbane.

One man had "potentially life threatening" chest injuries, according to the Queensland Ambulance Service.

Another woman, who also suffered chest injuries was stable.

Another man was stable with neck pain.
