Perth drivers forced to dodge three tonnes of offal spilt on roadway
Drivers in Perth have been forced to dodge tonnes of offal after a truck spilt its load on a busy freeway.
Around 6pm last night the truck, believed to have been travelling from an abattoir, spilt its load onto the Berrigan Drive Freeway on ramp.
Approximately three tonnes of animal offal was spilt onto the road.

Cars were forced to a standstill on New Year's Eve, with queues of up to a kilometre forming as diversions were put in place.
It took road crews around six hours to remove the mess, which drivers report began to create a strong stench downwind.

The owner of the truck will be forced to foot the bill for the clean up.
