Is this Australia's most expensive rental? Sydney mansion up for $25k a week
Is this Sydney's most expensive rental?
The property on Victoria Road, Bellevue Hill, is listed for a not-so-modest $25,000 a week.
Sydney Slice lists the property as having a luxury style Victorian kitchen which features decorative white timber joinery with marble bench tops and a marble island.
There are two refrigerators, a double oven, butler's style pantry and plenty of storage and... there's a wine cellar also included on the property.
The property boasts multiple entertaining areas, both inside and out and remarkable north-easterly panoramic views across the harbour towards Point Piper and Mosman.
Five bedrooms are also styled with Victorian era panache and there is also an office should you choose to work from home, or convert that into a sixth bedroom.
There is no shortage of light-filled bathrooms throughout and the master suite features a vast walk-in wardrobe, inviting ensuite and secluded balcony boasting Harbour views.
The formal lounge and dining rooms boast marble fireplaces and intricately designed plaster roofing.
Imagine a lazy Sunday brunch in this sun-drenched conservatorium casual dining room.
And once you've finished in the kitchen, why not enjoy a quick dip in the resort style pool?
They say location is key when it comes to finding your next home and with views like this - is it any wonder the landlord is commanding such a staggering weekly rent?
