Lamarre-Condon has been charged with the murders of Luke Davies and Jesse Baird in Sydney on February 19, in Baird's Paddington home.

He was a serving police constable at the time and is accused of using his police firearm to kill the couple.

Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon's intent was to kill Baird, but Baird's partner Davies was present on Lamarre-Condon's arrival.

Police have struggled to put a complete timeline together but allege Lamarre-Condon killed the couple on Monday, February 19, before hiring a van to move the bodies from the Paddington home that night.

Jesse Baird and Luke Davies are believed to have been murdered.

That Thursday, police allege, he drove to a friend's home in Newcastle, where he asked for a hose to clean out the van.

Police allege he buried the bodies at a property in Bungonia at some point during the week.

On Friday, he handed himself in to police at Bondi Police Station.

The pair's bodies were found on the following Tuesday at the Bungonia property, allegedly after Lamarre-Condon assisted police from Silverwater jail.
