The premier will join Transport Minister Gladys Berejiklian at the construction site for the North West Rail Link where he will hold a media conference.
His foe, Mr Foley, plans to blitz through western Sydney, including a stop at the marginal seat of Granville.
The opposition leader will also stop at Blaxland and Prairiewood in a bid to win votes before Saturday's poll.
