Man arrested in Serbia over 2012 ‘execution murder’ in Brisbane

Australian authorities are seeking to extradite a man arrested in Serbia over an alleged execution-style murder in Brisbane three years ago.
Jei "Jack" Lee, 22, was shot at point blank range in the car park of a shopping centre at Eight Mile Plains in April 2012.
SBS reports that Australian man Bogdan Cuic was recently arrested in Serbia in connection with the crime.
The Serbian Ministry of the Interior has reportedly confirmed Mr Cuic, who has alleged Bandidos bikie links, is being held in prison in the Serbian city of Novi Sad.
Mr Cuic reportedly fled the country just hours after Mr Lee was murdered and was subject to an international arrest warrant.
Police have now confirmed a man has been arrested in Serbia in connection with the crime.
The extradition process could take up to a month to resolve.
