As the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to surge, new data has emerged showing which countries have adopted the technology the fastest.

10. New Zealand
Australia's neighbour over the ditch has embraced the trend, with Kiwi's making 603,800 searches through ChatGPT and Gemini.
8. Canada
Coming in eighth place was Canada, based on AI searches per person.
Canada clocked just over 7 million AI searches, or 0.18 per person since ChatGPT and Google's Gemini were launched.
7. Denmark
Denmark recorded 675,300 AI searches.
6. United Arab Emirates
People in the United Arab Emirates have recorded more than 1.8 million AI searches.
5. Portugal
Portugal boasted a high proportion of AI-related traffic distribution, AI job postings, and a number of AI companies.
4. Ukraine
According to the data, Ukraine was a major AI user.
3. Switzerland
Switzerland took third place with 1.13 million searches across ChatGPT and Gemini.
2. Singapore
Singapore had the second-highest rate of AI searches per capita, beating out much bigger nations like France and Canada.

Australia left every other country in the dust when it came to adoption of AI.
Australia has made more than 38 million searches using ChatGPT and Gemini, at a rate of 1.42 searches per person.
