The ways that Australia and its regional partners should deal with maritime crime and illegal fishing in the Indian Ocean will form the basis of an address by Foreign Minister Julie Bishop.
Ms Bishop will deliver the keynote opening address at the Indian Ocean Dialogue in Perth on Sunday.
