The Bernie Banton Foundation will wind up later in the year with the widow of the man the asbestos disease charity is named after, set to retire.
The not-for-profit organisation was founded in 2009 and has supported more than 1100 asbestos-related disease sufferers and family members over the past decade.
"I'm extremely proud of what the Bernie Banton Foundation has achieved in the last decade," retiring chief executive Karen Banton said on Tuesday.
