Truck smashes into AFL House sign
A courier truck dropping off Footy Records has collided with the entrance to AFL House in Melbourne on the eve of the Grand Final.
Police said the vehicle hit an overhead sign at the building on Harbour Esplanade, Docklands, at 10.40am.
The driver, a 48-year-old man, avoided injuries.

Several witnesses were showered in glass but were not hurt, according to the AFL website.
It’s believed the incident was an accident, and police do not expect to lay any charges.
