BMW driver, 22, 'more than five times the limit' when he hit tree
A 22-year-old driver who crashed his BMW into a tree was allegedly found to be more than five times the legal alcohol limit.
Police were called at 8.30pm on Sunday night after the man lost control and hit a tree in Burton, in Adelaide's north.
"The driver was breath tested and allegedly returned a positive reading of 0.284, over five times the limit," SA Police said.

The driver, who was from Burton, and his passengers were uninjured.
"The man was reported for drink driving and was issued with an instant loss of licence for 12 months and his car was towed away," police said.
He will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court at a later date.
