Police hunt man allegedly using fake banknotes in Adelaide
Police are hunting for a man seen on CCTV allegedly passing off fake banknotes to Adelaide businesses.
The man was filmed in May in the suburb of Unley, just south of the city centre, as he allegedly handed counterfeit $100 notes to three shops.
Police have issued a warning to those handling cash in shops.

Senior Constable Kirby Morley from SA Police warned workers to pay careful attention to the notes being used.
"Have a close look," she said.

"Take your time in inspecting the note and if it doesn't feel right, if you can tear it or if it's not reflecting or doesn't have a hologram, just decline the money."
