The dangerous high that is destroying lives

For Sam, it started as a party trick.

Today, with mum Judy beside him, he'll tell anyone who'll listen: nangs aren't worth it.

"I had one and that very quickly spiralled into a terrible addiction where I was going to tobacconists before they opened," he said.

"On a very bad day I was probably doing 40 to 50 of these small steel bulbs.

"It really took me to a dark place."

Sam's world shrank and his next hit became his sole purpose.
