Perth man's parking fine dispute goes to court

Dave Forman is in one hell of a parking fine fight.

The Perth man copped a $100 ticket back in November after pulling up outside of his apartment building in the suburb of Subiaco.

What's not in the pictures on his penalty notice is a no stopping sign.

Forman said it was only installed on the street after he got his fine.

The 72-year-old tried to resolve the matter with council and requested a meeting but he said he got the runaround.

Now his fine has hit the courts as he fights for a fair go.
