An entire city is in a flap!
For years, a graffiti bird has been spreading its wings across Melbourne — covering iconic landmarks and buildings — and the new mayor wants "Pam the Bird" gone.
Just last week, Melbourne's Novotel Hotel was targeted with a huge black and white bird.
