Victoria Police confirmed it recently interviewed Tsekoutanis following a formal complaint from a Melbourne business owner, releasing him as officers investigated further.

Mikaela Borg told A Current Affair Tsekoutanis entered her warehouse uninvited while she was working alone.

"I stepped away from my packing table and just said, 'Can I help you?' And he just said, 'Can I offer you a specialised car service?'"

According to Borg, the situation escalated when she demanded he leave.

"He started getting up in my face and started to swear at me and insisting to go upstairs into my private office area," she said.
