On 6 May 2021, A Current Affair broadcast a report that included references to DomaCom Ltd, an ASX-listed company, and its then CEO, Arthur Naoumidis.
An article based on the contents of the program remained accessible online on the A Current Affair website thereafter, and there were further comments uploaded by third parties on social media posts on the A Current Affair Facebook page.

At no time did A Current Affair intend to suggest that Mr Naoumidis manipulated the DomaCom share price or that the deal between DomaCom and another entity, AustAgri, was a sham.
