White tigers kill newly employed park keeper in India

A tiger keeper in India has been mauled to death by two young white tigers after only working at the national park for a little over a week.
The animal keeper, 40, was attempting to direct the tigers into their enclosure at the Bannerghatta Biological Park in southern India on Saturday night, the BBC reports.
According to an official, the tigers attacked the man because one of the four enclosure gates was not properly latched.
The keeper had only been employed at Bannerghatta Biological Park for a little over a week.
His distraught relatives have accused the park of negligence, demanding financial compensation as they protested outside the park on Sunday.
