Teen's first driving lesson goes horribly wrong

Learning how to drive often results in a few mishaps, but one teen has managed to flip his car during his very first lesson.

The 16-year-old was driving with his instructor in Waltham, Massachusetts when he somehow managed to flip his car onto a pedestrian crossing and total his vehicle.

Waltham police tweeted a snap of the accident, writing that the teen's "first driving lesson didn't go well".

A woman who was driving behind the teen took to Twitter and said the student "drove into a tree, and the wheels rolled up to the tree causing it to flip".

Both the student and teacher escaped from the accident unharmed.
