Rapper Lil Wayne taken to hospital after suffering two seizures on private plane: reports

A private plane has reportedly made two emergency landings in the US after rapper Lil Wayne suffered two seizures on board.

The jet was flying from Milwaukee to California when the 33-year-old blacked out, prompting the pilot to land the aircraft in Omaha, according to TMZ.

However the rapper reportedly refused medical treatment, and the jet departed the airstrip.

The plane had only been in the air for two minutes when he suffered another episode, and the pilot landed in Omaha again, the website reported.

The singer has now reportedly been taken to hospital for treatment.
