Bear that walks like human caught on camera again

The most remarkable footage yet of a US bear that has captivated and creeped out locals by the way it walks on its hind legs like a human has been posted to Facebook.

The black bear that has been stalking the suburbs of New Jersey was filmed on Tuesday roaming around the backyard of a home as a dog barks at it.

The footage suggests the animal's front paws are injured, leading it to avoid using them and walk in a human-like manner.

After footage of the bear went viral earlier this week a number of New Jersey residents said they too had witnessed a bear walking around on its hind legs like a human.

Some have questioned whether it "is just a dude in a bear suit", though most seem convinced it is a phenomenon of the animal world.
