Man gives running commentary on severe storm

A man in Oklahoma has captured the moment a severe thunderstorm roared through his suburb and judging by his over the top commentary it was "awesome".

When this overly enthusiastic man started filming it was just rain and a little hail but things quickly took a turn.

"This could be a severe thunderstorm now. The winds are starting to pick up big time," he said.

The video, which was posted to LiveLeak, shows the man freaking out when the lightning quickly strikes.

"We're getting a severe thunderstorm now… Jesus f------ Christ," he screams.

"Now the winds are picking up… we are getting winds in excess of 60 miles an hour, maybe 70.

"This is definitely a severe thunderstorm. Jesus look at the winds, the roar. This is Oklahoma."

It's not clear when the video was filmed, but weather reports show Oklahoma has been hit by several thunderstorms in recent weeks.
