Woman falls down Starbucks lift shaft

A woman has been seriously injured after falling down a lift shaft at a Starbucks in England.

The woman, believed to be in her 20s, broke her leg and pelvis when she fell more than seven metres at a coffee shop in the West Midlands.

Paramedics reported that the woman tried to use the lift, but fell when she stepped into the shaft and found nothing there.
