Spain's virus cases surpass 10,000

Spain's tally of coronavirus cases has surpassed 10,000 and the number of fatalities has risen to 491, says Fernando Simon, the head of the country's health emergency centre.
He said the number of cases rose to 11,178 on Tuesday up from a previous tally of 9161 cases on Monday.
