Parachutist crashes into burger van

Video footage has emerged of the moment a parachutist crashed into a burger van and injured an elderly woman at a Weston Air Festival, in Somerset.

The 82-year-old woman was flown to hospital soon after the parachutist, who is part of the RAF Falcon display team, landed on top of her.

The woman has a suspected fractured pelvis and is in a stable condition, according to a spokesman from the South Western Ambulance Trust.

The RAF Falcons were performing as part of Weston's air show displays, and the show continued after the incident.
