Drunken brawlers captured on film just metres from bouncy castle slide

UK police are searching for up to 30 men who were filmed brawling just metres away from children playing on an inflatable castle, with attached slide.

Footage shows the men punching, wrestling and kicking each other to the ground in a shopping centre carpark in the Yorkshire village of Castleford.

Officers were called to the brawl at the Xscape retail park, which was sparked by a disagreement at a local pub, the BBC has reported.

A horrified onlooker filmed the scene, which showed at least one man lying motionless on the ground.

“Clearly this would have been a distressing incident to witness for those attending the leisure park at the time,” Chief Inspector Darren Williams said.

“It must also be stressed that this sort of large-scale incident is very unusual for the centre.”

At least one man has been arrested in connection to the incident.
