Berlin apartment raids, no suspect found

German police commandos have raided two apartments in Berlin's neighbourhood of Kreuzberg but have not found a Tunisian man suspected of involvement in a deadly truck attack, Germany's Die Welt newspaper reports citing investigators.

The newspaper says investigators believed that Anis Amri may have been in one of the two apartments.

Police forces had to overpower a man at one of the apartments during the raids on Wednesday, the paper said. It gave no further information.
